So what exactly is the difference between the two?

I'm asking because on my Library Status I have 620 songs and on the database only 529.

Also the majority of my albums are missing half of their songs

Library song count is the count of songs recognized by Muzecast.
Database Song count is the number of song metadata stored in Muzecast Central Database and available for Muzecast Streamer.

I will take a look why the counts you have is different. It should be equal. Meanwhile if there is any errors reported and you see a link to processing errors in the Muzecast First Tab on the right, please let me know.

I am having the same issue today. The Library Status says 16540 however Database status says 16291. I see that it should e equal. I noticed the albums I recently added are no longer showing up but it did during the weekend. Not sure if you are looking into this issue but if there is anything I can do to help resolve please let me know. Thank you.

There was major database outage yesterday and I had to restore database from backup which was taken on April 1st. Please run folder scan to restore data you added on or after April 1st.

I just tried that and it is the same as before. Is there something else I should be doing? Should I wait a day or two before scanning again? It's not a big deal if I need a wait a few days until the issue is solved. That major database outage didn't sound like fun.

Bumping.
Trying to scan my folders and it doesn't seem to do anything. I have restarted my computer and did a clean install of muzecast. Nothing is working. Please help me at your earliest convenience.

I seem to be having this issue as well, I came on the forum to ask if there was an issue and came across this post.

My existing music library is present, but it's not adding any new songs that I've uploaded to my OneDrive over the last few days. There's a message at the bottom of the screen saying "Library Status - OneDrive: In Queue."

Perhaps this is me being daft but I can't find the option to scan my folders, where is that hiding please?

Thanks as always for the MuzeCast app, it's still the only thing that replaces Google Music for me!

I see it isn't just my account. This was happening for a few days myself, too. So far I can't find a solution on my end.

I'm having the same issues..
It started last week when there was a short problem connecting to the server.. after that nothing works.

I have 1 file in a folder trying to scan it.. 55% after 24 hours.. I
got a 403 error in the "Vorlan.HomeDJ.DbSave" folder when it tried to upload the database and database Status is just " updating"
I tried deleting my account and make a new.. tried different computers in my home..same thing on all

I sent one too a couple of days ago..

I just found the program.. and bought both the Tv and android full versions.. 2 days later it stopped working :(

Hopefully it's just a server reboot that's needed

When it functions it's great! I just bought the full version myself a few days ago. I use it all the time. When there is a problem the developers usually work on the problem right away. This time seems different.

Same issue here. I let it run for days and only reached 40% even on a fast scan.

No new songs have been added since this started. :(

It's wonderful that I can still play my already uploaded music. It really bums me out that I can't play my new music, too. I hope this gets fixed soon.
