1) Tracks are now playing from the beginning every time my phone reconnects to a device, rather than continuing from where they left off. 2) Songs constantly display as 'buffering' on devices they're connected to, even if the track is pre-downloaded. Neither of these things happened prior to the recent updates (I don't think!) Cheers, Gary Edited by user Sunday, September 17, 2017 4:43:44 AM(UTC)

Please check a couple of settings: 1. Check Download and Cache Section of Muzecast Settings, if Caching is enabled. 2. Check Advanced section of Muzecast settings if Internal Streaming is disabled. 3. Check Streaming section of Muzecast settings if Seekable option is turned ON. |
Thank you.

1) Yes 2) Yes 3) Yes
These are songs that have been downloaded to the phone, BTW.
Songs also restart from the beginning if I receive a phonecall.

By "device" do you mean Android Auto unit? All these problems when connected to Android Auto? |
Thank you.

Hi,
No, it happens when connected to my Bluetooth speaker in the house and also when I'm not using Android Auto in the car.

Where does it display: "Buffering"? On a speaker LCD or on the Player Screen? |
Thank you.

Hi,
Buffering is displayed on the speaker LCD, it's fine on the Muzecast screen on the phone.

If issue still present, could you check if this setting is turned ON:
Muzecast Settings->User Interface->Show Artwork in Lock Screen. |
