I cannot use muzecast with voice search on my pixel.
It used to work perfectly but hasn't worked for months now.
I cannot see muzecast to set as default music app in settings.
Apologies if this has been covered until couldn't find the thread.

I contacted Google some time ago about their dropped support for Music Players for Google Assistant. Their reply was, that they only support Pandora, Spotify, Youtube and Google Music Player as Music Providers. It still works if you click Mic button on Google Search bar, because it is still using Google Now. Trying to Voice Search to say: Play <artist> on Muzecast, does not translate to Muzecast, because Assistant replaces it with Newscast. That is why some time ago I posted question on Muzecast Facebook, if I should change Muzecast name to some more English recognizable word. Edited by user Saturday, March 31, 2018 5:44:09 PM(UTC)
