I had to change computers that my Muzecast configurator for PC resided on and installed it on the new computer. It seemed to work okay for awhile, but then began disconnecting after awhile. I made the IP static on the computer since I think my last computer had it static as well. I did connect this morning, but the music slowed down (tracks loaded very slowly) and then I finally again got the message that the connection to my home computer was lost. I tried logging in as administrator, but that didn't hold the connection either. I did not have this problem on the previous computer. Please advise what the problem might be.

While installing Muzecast on a new computer, did you uninstall Muzecast from the old computer?
Only one instance of Muzecast Streaming Server can use the same user name and password.
If both are running, they will disconnect each other on periodic basis.

User was able to make it work with stable connection once user changed Checkbox "Not to configure firewall" to CHECKED in Muzecast Streaming Server COnfigurator "network" tab. |
