I updated to the MC server 5.0.0 using the same install location and on restart of the computer (Win XP), it shows a yellow light at the taskbar and double-clicking or right clicking and choosing Open Configuration Utility does nothing. Clicking the icon in the new MC folder under start opens a terminal window in which it determines proxy info and then rebuilds cache and closes. Nothing else happens. I tried to uninstall and try fresh, but get an error during the process "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your vendor." I'm not sure how to get the working. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Edited by user Saturday, November 1, 2014 7:59:21 AM(UTC)

Could you check Windows EventLog (Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer) to see if there are any Warnings (yellow icon) or errors (red icons) after Installation fails?
