Trouble logging into HomeDJ Service - Windows 7

Hi. Previously, I had this service installed on my Windows 7 OS and it worked perfectly. I recently had a hard drive crash and replaced the drive and reinstalled windows 7. I've done all the updates and all, then I reinstalled the Home DJ Service.
When I go to log in, an error message appears that states:
" Access to the path C:\Program Files\stop.txt is denied. You have limited rights to start or stop HomeDJ Service. In order for configuration changes to be applied you would have to restart HomeDJ Service from [Control Panel]->[Administrative Tools]->[Services]
Once [Services] list is opened, locate service name: 'HomeDJ Service', use right mouse to bring popup menu and select from this menu either Start, Stop, or Restart.
Do you want to open Services Window now?
I follow the above directions and have even restarted the computer. I still can't log in. Please help.

Hello,
Looks like you installed HomeDJ Desktop Server into C:\Program Files folder and not in C:\Program Files\HomeDJ or C:\HomeDJ.
This folder might be protected by system.
Please uninstall HomeDJ and install it again in either C:\HomeDJ or C:\Program Files\HomeDJ folder.
