I did not use Audiogalaxy to that extend so I am not sure how it worked there.
For simplicity I am planning to automatically place all "Likes" into a single playlist. Next I will let users to select what playlist like should go, but it would be redundant, because I would add functionality to add currently playing song, or any other song, album or artists to add not only to "Now Playing Queue" but to a playlist user can select.

Import of M3U playlist has been implemented in HomeDJ Streaming Server 3.2.0.
In order to import playlists, add folder where M3U playlist are located and start folder scan.
To access imported playlists use HomeDJ Streamer/Player version 3.5.0 or higher.
