When I add new music to my music folder then rescan it the music Ive added doesnt always show up after the scan. What could be causing this?

Give me one example for a missing folder or music file you added, and I will trace logs to see what happened with scanning of that folder or file.
You can send email if you are concern about the names of the folder or file.
