I am on version 3.9 Pro (Paid Version)..
How do I upgrade to 3.12?
Do I need to buy again?

What store did you buy it from? Google play or Amazon?
Both stores should not ask you to pay again. It should show just button "upgrade". It should not charge anything since you already paid. |

There is no way to upgrade from Amazon page.. The only options are to view your order and buy and when you click buy it tells you already bought it, so no way to upgrade??
