Hello. Please help. Can't sign in with my user name. It says 'that user not found' when I try to register with a new name it says server error the smtp server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. the server response was 5.7.0. authentication required. I'm having the same issue. It only started yesterday. My old email is now defunct; you can reach me at nyberg1776@protonmail.com if/when this gets sorted out. Thank you in advance. UPDATE: It appears to be solely an android app issue. I had no problem signing in to My Muzecast, the desktop player marketed as "Alpha". I still can't sign in on any otherdevices, and I also noticed your SSL certificates have expired; I'm not sure if that could be part of the problem, but it's certainly something to look at. I am pretty certain the SSL is related to our sign in issue. We could no longer sign in as soon as the SSL expired. I hope for a fix soon.

Has anyone that's had these problems upgraded to Android 13? Apparently the app isn't compatible.

Also upgraded to Android 12 the other day right at the same time the "server" went down. I had asked the developer if we could just use it direct without having to authenticate and phone home, I got no response. Somewhat of a security issue if you ask me. I let it go at the time but now that I think of it, it is a shady situation. Just a heads up. I got mine on Amazon, it is broken. I would pay for it again on play store but the app is not available in either place. So, on a new install, I cannot sign in. May also have something to do with the upgrade to Android 12. I think it's the end. I am looking for something else. Was a great app but the fact it's abandoned, I will have to move on. I used it for close to decade.
