So I've never had any issues over the last couple of years of use, but after I recently updated my OS from win7x86 to win10x64 it seems my database won't update during folder scan. I've trawled the forum (and the web) to find a solution with no luck. Any qualified guesses to what could cause this or how to fix it?

Could you try to re-install Muzecast on your computer and re-run folder scan? |

Also tried to re-register, tried forcing it to update thru command prompt, tried deleting the library folder and running scan again and tried scanning with different options turned on/off, nothing seems to work.

Could you send logs from these folders: C:\Muzecast\Logs\Vorlan.HomeDJ.DbSave and C:\Muzecast\Logs\libscan You can send it to email: support@muzecast.com |

Hi. I was having the same issue. My solution running win10, was unninstalling Muzecast server, deleting Muzecast folde in C: and then reinstalling Muzecast Windows XP and up; Server 2003 and up. In my case i used the MuzecastSetup package from the zip. After that, my folders shows correctly in my phone. I hope this works for you.

I just refreshed Muzecast Configurator and it is not showing zeros anymore for Library Status and Songs to Analyze. It seems to be updating as normal.

I got an email from Muzecast support saying issue has been fixed.
