Hello. I'm downloading songs to my Android phone in Hi-Res quality so I can play them in Offline mode. Once the songs are downloaded and I press play in the Offline mode, the system attempts to play each one, but gives the message that each song has not been cached. This started about three months ago. Previously, for several years, I had no issue playing downloaded songs in Offline mode.

One work around I have found is to press play, then pause, at the beginning of a playlist, set my phone down, and let the system cache all the songs in the playlist. However, the time spent first downloading, then having to cache, is less than ideal.

My settings are:

Phone: Samsung J7 Prepaid

Storage location is SD card
WiFi Download Quality is Hi-Res
Download space size is 44,347 (I have a 128 GB SD card)
Continuous Cache is ON (So I can cache a playlist as a work around)
Space Used is only showing the 25 songs that are cached. Many more have been downloaded.
Wi-Fi streaming is ON and set to HD 96/24 Sound Quality
OGG (Vorbis) is Off
Force Seekable Flag is ON
Use ExoPlayer is Off

I love this product and would appreciate any help you can give me.

Looking into this...

Thank you for the info.

Have you checked Download Queue if any songs left to be downloaded and Queue is empty?

It looks like the problem might be related to the latest update of Android. I will work on it to have a fix.
Thank you.
