[quote=Muzecast Support;2544]For example you added a song A into a folder FolderA, which is subfolder of Genre Rock. When you browse folders, Genre Rock will be top most. When you drill down to genre Rock, folderA will be topmost, and when you drill down into FolderA, song A will be top most.
OK, It's not working like I expect because you create and keep track of your own date added and you don't get it from the OS.
You could use the 'Date Modified' attribute for the folder and would show which folders have had additions to them. The OS (Windows) already updates for you. This is of course for the folder itself. When you copy a file into that folder, windows will automatically update this date. This is not the same as 'Date Added' as it states in your app since I could also delete a file from the folder and the date modified would still be updated.
I see where you're logic is and it works fine for individual songs but not so much for folders. It works sometimes and only when I add something new but not when I move files around.
I have some screen shots but don't see a way to attach so I will explain it.
On my server I have one main folder called "Music" and under that I have the Genres in their own folder plus another folder called 'Recently Added'. I have recently (about a week ago) added to this folder. This should show up on the top when I sort by Date Added but it doesn't. Another folder called 'Rock' shows up at the top and I haven't added anything to that folder recently.
