Hi there!

I'd like to move my library and MC server to another computer. Is there anything I need to do other than install the exe and log into my account like normal then allow it to scan? I'm wondering about things like playlists, etc.

Thanks for your time!

Will path to your music will be the same, or it will be located on another drive?
Thank you.

Track ids might change if folder path to a song is completely different, but it might be resolved using different root, but rest of the path is the same.
For example:

Original song is located on D:\My Music\Deep Purple\Some song.mp3.
D:\My Music folder is configured in Muzecast Configurator.
Root folder is: D:\My Music

New computer song is located on \\MYSERVER\Music\All Of My Music\Deep Purple\Some song.mp3
\\MYSERVER\Music\All Of My Music is configured in Muzecast configurator.
Root folder in that case is \\MYSERVER\Music\All Of My Music

Root folder can change with no implication on track id generated, but what is after root folder might trigger generation of new Track id. That might remove song from Generated Playlists (if you created playlists on your device) because that song might not be found anymore.

I would advice to keep folder structure the same after root folder on your computer.
Thank you.
