Hi, the newest version of the desktop streamer changed how analysis for mixes is done. Could we have an Extended option that does full song scan regardless of tags, acting like the Full of last version?

Ok. In next version I will bring back Scanning modes to what they were before.
Thank you.

Was this fixed? I can't find the newest version in the release notes.

It stayed the same. Some customers were complaining that Full mode is running for ages because it does not analyze tags.
Thank you.

Is there any way to do a comprehensive scan?

Detection of Analysis by tags is very strict and retrieve analysis by Artist, Album, Title, Genre, Duration. This is very accurate. The rest of the songs, where analysis were not found by tags are scanned by content and then analysis generated by content scan are stored by that song tags for later to be retrieved by tags.
Thank you.

My tags are a mess though. Is there at least a command line option to do manual full analysis of my library?

My apologies. It just seems like new versions lose features that I really like that aren't in any similar programs.

I just updated the same version 7.2.0 and restored Scan modes to their original implementations:

Fast - Recognizes songs only by Tags;
Normal - Recognizes songs by Tags. Not recognized songs are analyzed;
Full - Recognizes songs only by song fingerprint. Not recognized songs are analyzed (very long but most accurate process);

Download version 7.2.0 (latest).
If you want to re-scan all your files from the beginning you have to:
1. Delete "Libraries" folder from Muzecast installation folder;
2. Delete file "default.m3lib" from Muzecast installation folder;
3. Restart your computer;
4. When Muzecast starts, select Scan Mode: Full;
5. Start Folder scan.

Full mode now will only analyze songs by their fingerprint.

Thank you.
