This happened after updating to the latest release 7.2.0.

Muzecast logs in just fine when on Wifi but when on cell data it will not login. I have also tried to go directly to my IP by opening port on my router and still cannot connect.

I updated server and client to latest version and restarted both server and phone.

When entering IP under "service URL" what format should I use? Is it just the IP and nothing else?

I enter my home IP and still nothing.

I am sure the port is correctly forwarded.

Is your authentication server down?

Do you still have the issue? From logs it looks like you are logged in.
Thank you.

Yes, at home on private IP it works. When I leave the house or turn WiFi off, it will not login and it wants to go offline. At 10:52 am Central Time US it logged in through WiFi, I closed the app. Switched wifi off, reopened the app and it will not log in and wants to go offline. I am posting this message with WiFi switched off so I know my internet works. I want to try to setup a direct connection to the server through my Public IP address. My server is running on Windows 7. I opened up the port on my router, pointed it to the server and still no connection. Is there anything else I have to do on the server like a firewall exception? Do you any have instructions on the web site? Don't know what else I could try.

I notice an error message when I go to Settings, Media Servers, My Home Computer. It says "Value ? ?Vr0-qJ of type java.lang.String cannot be converted to JSONObject". Then when I click on the message, it says Service URL Override", I enter my home IP address and it will not connect. I get a message "Connection Change Failed". I have tested my connection using a port query and it is working correctly.

Ok. I see that kind of error. I will trace it down. Probably something happened via publishing via store. I would have to refresh published app.
Thank you.

I am trying to re-create this issue on any of my test devices using 4G connection. So far I did not hit this error (yet). Could you try to disable firewall configuration in Muzecast Streaming Server Configurator on Network Tab and see if you can connect.
Thank you.
Thank you.

I have a fix, but still I was not able to reproduce the error you were getting. Fix is based on analysis of errors, but it might be device or internet provider specific. I can send you free version of app to try out and see if you can login. If it works for you I will post a fix ASAP.
Thank you.

Sent you link as well as attached file for a free version of Muzecast, which should fix the issue. Please let me know if it helped. If it did, I will post a public release to all stores.
Thank you.
