Do you still experiencing the issue? Do you see "disabled" status in Muzecast Configurator and Status button is Yellow? Have you tried to uninstall and install Muzecast Streaming Server? Let me know if re-installing help to resolve the issue. |
Thank you.

I've got the same problem here as well. The website was unreachable until now too.

I am having this same issue over the last few days. I uninstalled and reinstalled and Norton AntiVirus keeps deleting the MuzeCast Installation file since it says it detects: Heur.AdvML.B which I think is a virus. It shows Muzecast as the origin of this. Can you tell me what the issue is? Am I the only one with this problem? It has only been over the last few days. Shows that the server is "stopped" and it will not start. Thank you!
Sue

Which executable file (*.exe) Norton reports an issue? Norton reported false in the past and I had to contact them to clear up an issue. |
Thank you.

Here is what it said on Norton. It is the muzecastinstall.exe. I had deleted and tried to reinstall Muzecast when it wasn't signing into the server.
Filename: muzecastinstall.exe Full Path: c:\users\sue_2\desktop\muzecastinstall.exe

Please download ZIP file instead of EXE: http://www.muzecast.com/download/MuzecastSetup.zipUnzip it and run either "MuzecastSetup.msi" file or "setup.exe". |
Thank you.

Still getting "Server is not yet running. Server is Stopped". Getting frustrated! No change when trying it the way you suggested earlier today. Still getting file deleted due to Heuristic threat by Norton:

UPDATE!!!!
Literally right after I posted the last comment, I logged on as adminstrator (as you suggest in the app window) and hit "start server" for probably the 50th time and lo and behold it started!!! Not sure what is different or if there will be a problem again soon, but it is working as of now.
