I have installed a both the server and the app on my Android phone. The server status is green on my computer. I have allowed it through my firewall. I have checked that the windows service is stated. I face uninstalled and reinstalled both the server. Everything looks like its working on the PC side, but I cannot play any songs in my phone. I can see all my music available, but I cannot play any of them. It doesn't even pretend to load the songs...it just doesn't play anything. I am logged in with my account. I have a galaxy S4. It's rooted. I am running plain old Windows 7. This Kinda sucks. I love this service!!? Edited by user Wednesday, August 19, 2015 10:23:28 AM(UTC)

Could you try if you can play your songs via web site (from desktop browser): http://my.muzecast.comAlso, could you check on your device: Muzecast Settings->About->Error Log to see if there are any errors. Edited by user Wednesday, August 19, 2015 3:50:55 PM(UTC)

Interesting...I can play my Music in the online web app...but still not on my phone...
Do you still want the error log? Does not seem like a computer problem to me...

Yes. Do you have anything recorded in error log? Also, what does it show in: Muzecast settings> my home computer> service url? Also, could you check if you can access www.muzecast.com from your phone. |

Service URL says Muzecast Proxy
I can Get to the Muzecast Site via the Android Phone.
I see some log entries, but non of them are error codes. Just warnings.
I can send them to you, if you wish.

Could you send a few error messages you see?
Have toy tried to reboot you phone? Could be that sound processing unit in android hung up. |

I have restarted the phone several times, but nothing changes.
Where should I send these log files?
