What is exact behavior? 1. Handle to drag seekbar is not appearing; 2. When you try to see, playback returns to beginning to skips to a next song;
Please check Muzecast Settings: Streaming Options.
Is OGG (Vorbis) options checked?
Please check Muzecast Settings: Download and Cache. If you on WiFi what is your WiFi quality settings. If you on Mobile what is your Mobile quality settings?
Using OGG vorbis as target encoding provides better seek response.

Thanks for the prompt response.
Although I can slide the seek bar forward, as soon as I let go, the song starts over from the beginning
Settings Both Wifi and Mobile set to : Optimal Quality and File Size
OGG was NOT checked. I will turn that option ON and see if the behavior continues

Could you try to clear cached songs in Muzecast Settings and re-download the songs in problem.
Make sure OGG (Vorbis) Checkbox is checked ON and FLAC checkbox is Checked OFF.

I just tried that, and the problem remains. NOTE: I tried it with a mp3 file and a wma file Edited by user Friday, January 16, 2015 8:22:25 AM(UTC)

Could you take a look in Advanced section of Muzecast Settings.
Is "Use Internal Streaming" turned ON? If it is ON, Check it OFF.

Looks like that did it. Thanks for the help!
To summarize, if having trouble with seek try: Is OGG (Vorbis) options checked? Make sure OGG (Vorbis) Checkbox is checked ON and FLAC checkbox is Checked OFF. Is "Use Internal Streaming" turned ON? If it is ON, Check it OFF.

Correct. Best options are for proper seeking: OGG - ON VBR - ON FLAC - OFF - depend on device. On some devices streamed FLAC could use SEEK. Internal Streaming - OFF. Edited by user Tuesday, January 20, 2015 12:05:26 PM(UTC)
