I cant get Version 8.2.0 to install, havent been able to upgrade since version 8.0.2 which im running now, Any ideas? Says side by side configuration is incorrect

Try to uninstall the existing version first and then install the new one. |

Uninstalled and attempted to install new version but it did not work, had to reinstall 8.0.2, also rebooted and still didnt work Edited by user Friday, December 11, 2020 8:20:29 AM(UTC)

What version of Windows are you running?
Try to download ZIP instead of EXE. |

Tried Zip file as suggested but windows wont unzip says its either corrupted or an invalide zip file, also tried a couple other extractor programs but noe will open it

I tried to download ZIP file on my phone and it unzipped with no issues. It looks like you have Internet Security Software, which corrupts file or you might have a virus on your system, which also corrupts file downloaded from internet.
Try to download on your phone and check if it can be unzipped on your phone, just for checking if a problem just with computer.
