Hi, I'm having some issue with having single songs showing up as the Artist and not taking the information from the Album Artists. I know I have the Album Artist showing up as Zayn Malik too. I have random singles that don't actually belong on the album and they all show up as the Artist instead of the information from the Album Artists. Is this because I call the album Singles and there is a lot of different artists? Not really sure what would cause this.

Sometimes album might have songs from different artists, but AlbumArtist tag is set to a single artist. Could you check for AlbumArtist tag?

I do have the an album called Singles which has a lot of different artists that have songs that are not on official albums, so they do have a lot of different Artist tags and Album Artist tags. The Album Artist tag should only be the main Artists though

So do I need to name these each different albums? I have the artists setup with the correct AlbumArtist tag but they still show up as the Artist instead of AlbumArtist

Is there a solution for this? I have a big album called singles which is used for non-album singles so it has a lot of different artists. I have each album artist tagged as the proper artist but it still always shows in Album Artists as the Artist tag.

Just curious if could get this working? It seems to only be happening when I have a single song instead of an album.

This is one example. It's a 2pac album that I have in the Album Artist tab as Just 2pac but it shows up as the album tag 2Pac + Outlawz

Algorithm extracting Album Artist has been fixed. Please check if that is what you were looking for. Records in your library were corrected by a test run with a fix. For those who experiencing similar issue, please re-run Folder Scan and it will apply this fix.
