Hi there,

Win XP 32 bit

I've been unable to update the desktop application since 5.5.1. I get the error listed in the subject any time I try to run the server install application. Is there something that can be done to fix this?

Try to download ZIP file (second link in Download page), which contains MSI package. That MSI should work.
