Thanks: 2 times
I just restored my phone and reinstalled the Muzecast Pro application and now after I log in I am unable to view artwork for albums or artists. I have the latest update for the app, I also made sure I deleted the old cached artwork just in case that would cause an issue somehow. I also tried it using multiple Wi-Fi locations and also my LTE service. Any idea of what could be causing this?

Looking into it....

Meanwhile, could you try to disable firewall autoconfiguration in Muzecast Configurator Network tab and see if it helps.
Thank you.

I installed the application today and had the same issue. After disabling firewall/router configuration, artwork began to appear on my player. Which provides a more secure connection to my home computer? I would think enabling the firewall/router configuration would be more secure. What changes to my router are required to have artwork appear using the firewall/router option?

Thank you.

When you disable configuration of Firewall/Router, Muzecast is not using Inbound connection in that case. Instead all connection is done outbound and no open port is required in firewall to access Muzecast Service running on your computer.

Regarding which one is more secured. They both are secured connection.
Thank you.

Thank you for the quick response. It appears artwork appeared only for one song. Songs reverted back to having no artwork with outbound communication enabled (no firewall port).

I tried this and it continues to just show the basic background no actual artwork. I can try to setup port forwarding if you believe that will help it
