Muzecast notification doesn't go away from the shade after closing the app, it remains there until I manually remove it by tapping on the X button, as seen in the following video:

https://drive.google.com...gamRXR-/view?usp=sharing

When music is playing and I close the app (by accident for example), playback continues because the notification allows it, but if music is paused and I close the app, the notification should also go away, but it's not.

I found an option under "User Interface" section that says "Hide Notification on Pause: When this option is ON notification icon will be hidden when playback is paused" but it's NOT working either.

Pause playback, then expand Notifications and long press on Muzecast notification. It should show that this is notification named: "Pause". Select "Details" and select option: "Minimize". In that case Pause notification will hide Muzecast notification when playback is paused.
Thank you.

I already knew those steps but that's not what I'm saying, even if I turn OFF the "Hide Notification on Pause" option, the notification still hides if I follow the steps you provided, which means the option doesn't work.

You need to put an end to this notification problem, honestly it is annoying:

When I add a single song to the queue and then delete it, after I close the app, I repeat the steps I explained in my initial comment, the thing is, when I later open the app, since the queue was cleared previously, the usual notification doesn't appear and instead it says "Muzecast Music Streamer, Service Started" and there is no way to dismiss that after I close the app unless:

1) I Force stop the app if I don't play any song after closing it.

2) Play any song so that message gets replaced by the usual notification, which I have to close as I already explained.

The normal behavior when the app is closed should be:

1) If music is playing and I close the app, playback should continue and the notification should stay.

2) If music is paused and I close the app, the notification should also go away.

This is how I've seen other music apps behave.

Removing Muzecast from recent apps does not stop Muzecast, therefor notification still there. In order to close Muzecast completely, you have to expand left Drawer and hit "Power" icon to close Muzecast, or close it using X icon in notification.
Thank you.

Why?. Don't you think it sounds complicated when the app can be closed just by swiping it up just like any other app?

No. You do not want to stop playback every time you clear application stack. Not for a music app.
Thank you.

I know!, that's what I said in comment # 6:

The normal behavior when the app is closed should be:

1) If music is playing and I close the app, playback should continue and the notification should stay.

2) If music is paused and I close the app, the notification should also go away.

That's how I've seen other music apps behave.

With the new "Close from task list" option turned ON inside the "Advanced" section, the notification is now closing along with the app.

Thank you for adding this option.
