The service was working fine, but now the connection status has changed to "Trying to connect." I tried uninstalling and re-installing but it didn't help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Records shows that your computer is connected.

Does it still shows "Trying to connect" on your end?
Thank you.

I'm not sure what happened but it's connected again. It had been down for close to a week.

I'm having this exact same problem. Is there anything I can do to remedy it?

In HomeDJ Configurator check Network tab.

Try to tick the checkbox: "Do not configure firewall" ON.

Let me know if this helped.
Thank you.

I restarted my computer. Now it's up and running. Thanks for the quick response.
