Hello!

I have been using Muzecast, even before the changing of the name som years ago.

I can't make it work, I have been uninstalling - rebooted and installed again in my phone, still no difference
nothing is downloaded, and nothing is showing in my computer that something is uploaded.

I'm not sure when it started with refusing to function, it might be since the last update in the program in the phone
I am only streaming mp3 in original quality CBR

Using 4G with 50 Mbit/s download

My ASUS Phonepad Android 4.1.2 works fine, so the problem is not with my computer (Windows 10 Pro, Norton 360)
Is this a common problem?

Here is a screenshot from the Error log:
(the folder that it can't create is there and was filled with some GB of music, so I deleted all the music (in settings for the player), but it can still not create any (existing folder)
Error log

I need help!

Thanks in advance!

It looks like there is an issue with your external SD card. Try to change storage location to internal storage using Muzecast Settings and see if this helps. Also try check integrity of your external SD card.
Thank you.

Thanks for your very fast help!

It worked at once when using my internal memory

When I was trying to connect the SD-card direct to my computer it was not visible at all!

If it had been visible there, I could have used a function in Windows to remove/repair "bad sectors" as for a hard drive

So now I need to buy me a new SD if there not are any miracle cure to make it work again

I have never heard of a such problem before, so hopefully it will work in the phone for a while so I can move the files over to the new card

Thanks again!
