Clemintine will let me save a playlist with as a M3u file. I saved the playlist, moved it to /playlist/M3u folder, then rescanned...but HomeDJ will not recognize the playlist. Any info is appreciated.

If you created playlist outside of HomeDJ, you can import it if it is located in any folder which is setup in Add/Remove folder list.

Folder you mentioned is for saving playlists to your computer when you create playlist in the HomeDJ Player. It will be synched to your computer and placed in that folder.

For example if you have music folder configured as: C:\Users\MyName\MyMusic, then if you have M3U file located in any folder located under C:\Users\MyName\MyMusic, it will be imported once you run a Folder Scan.

Please note, that HomeDJ will try to recognize songs in that playlist and it is preferable to have and absolute path in M3U for each song. HomeDJ will also add the songs identified by that playlist if these songs are not yet added.

But if you place M3U file the C:\HomeDJ\Playlists\myusername\M3U folder, HomeDJ will not import it. That folder (you can change it) is only for playlists created by HomeDJ Music Streamer.
Thank you.
