Recently some users with Internet provided by Comcast, might experience issues while connecting to Muzecast. (muzecast.com)

The reason is, that Comcast does not allow and blocks sites/ip addresses those services, which connect to client computers directly from outside.
Once that IP or site (in our case muzecast.com) is blocked, it can be only unblocked by rebooting the Comcast router.

To avoid this, you have to disable direct access to your computer from muzecast.com
To do that please, uncheck checkbox in Muzecast Streamer Configurator "Network" tab, which is called: Enable Direct Connection.

Next you would need to reboot your router and then reboot computer.

Connection to Muzecast will be restored and you will be able to use it using Relay Mode, where muzecast will never check direct connection to your computer.

Muzecast Streaming Server update will follow making direct connection not a default option for muzecast connections.
