I have to say that the new update does a nice job of integrating with Android Auto, there are some good features, and it seems to be pretty easy to interface with (at least from the controls in my Audi anyway).

For some reason I cannot get the Google Voice interface to work.

When I ask to play something through Google Voice it tells me "Cannot find <blah> in your Muzecast library". This holds whether I am running Android Auto, or just using a voice search from the phone.

Here's what I did:

1) Made sure my server was on the latest release (5.6.1 I think)
2) From the server "Start Scan". I have my system set for scan type "Full"
3) wait until scan finishes
4) From Google Voice input say "Play some Oasis"
5) Select Muzecast as default search for play (need to do this only once)
6) Muzecast app is put to foreground
7) Voice says "Cannot find Oasis in your Muzecast library"
8) Hit the manual search in Muzecast app, type in "Oasis", sure enough it finds the artist and several songs

I have tried this with several Artist names and several song names just to be sure, and nothing is ever found, yet all of them are there when I do a regular typed search.

The update notes indicated that a folder scan was required, and I have now completed it 4 times, once directly from the phone client using Settings->My Home Computer->Check Status->Start Folder Scan, just in case that made a difference. It cannot find anything at all.

Did I miss something, or is this a bug?

Any way I can debug the problem?

Thanks

Search index has been created. Please verify that voice search is working.

Looks like Folder scan did not detect any changes in your library, that is why it did not trigger voice search update. I ran server task to update search index for all muzecast users.
Thank you.
